Brussels Sprout Chips


2pounds Brussels sprouts, fresh
3tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
3tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1teaspoon lemon zest
3tablespoons sesame oil
Salt & pepper
1large clove garlic, minced
1teaspoon sesame seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Wash brussels sprouts in a colander.
  3. Remove stems and gently separate each leaf, placing in a large metal bowl.
  4. Toss the leaves with desired coating as per below flavour combinations.
  5. Arrange leaves on a cookie sheet, not overlapping.
  6. Bake for approx 8 minutes or until edges are brown and crispy.
