California Date Shake

Ingredients
- 10-- dates, pitted
- 3/4cup vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream
- 1cup 2 percent low-fat milk
- 6-- ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut dates into small pieces. Put them in a blender with the frozen yogurt, millk and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
