Cherry Tomato Salad

2tablespoons Olive Oil
2tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
3tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
2tablespoons Brown Sugar
1clove Garlic, minced
1/2teaspoon Salt
1/4teaspoon Pepper
2pints Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half


Make dressing by combining first 8 ingredients in a jar with lid, refrigerate over night.  Slice tomatoes, shake dressing well, and pour over tomatoes 1 hour before serving.
