Chicken Pesto Personal Pizza

Ingredients

2-- whole-wheat pitas
2teaspoons pesto
6tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2/3cup shredded cooked or grilled chicken
2tablespoons chopped artichoke hearts
2tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes (reconstituted in water)
2tablespoons crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350F. Coat baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cover pitas with pesto and layer with remaining ingredients. Place on prepared pan and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pita is crisp.
