Chicken Scampi

2pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1tablespoon olive oil
1/4teaspoon pepper
2tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/4teaspoon garlic powder
1/4teaspoon salt
1tablespoon dried oregano
3tablespoons lemon juice
2tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4cup dry white wine


  1. Combine chicken with olive oil, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, oregano, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and white wine in a shallow bowl.  Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for several hours.
  2. Preheat the broiler.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade, and place in a single-layer shallow baking dish.  Broil 8 inches from the heat, turning one, until chicken is done, about 15 minutes.  Heat remaining marinade in a small saucepan or in the microwave, pour over chicken, and toss and serve.
