Combine chicken with olive oil, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, oregano, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and white wine in a shallow bowl. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for several hours.
Preheat the broiler.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade, and place in a single-layer shallow baking dish. Broil 8 inches from the heat, turning one, until chicken is done, about 15 minutes. Heat remaining marinade in a small saucepan or in the microwave, pour over chicken, and toss and serve.
