Chicken Soup from the Hill

This soup tops any Chicken Soup you will ever have anywhere. It has been modified from many recipes until finally it was tweeked into the perfect recipe. If you don't try this soup you will be missing the soup of a lifetime.

Ingredients

One whole chicken
3 celery stalks
1whole onoin
5 carrots
1 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
3-4 garlic cloves (depending on your taste for garlic)
salt & Pepper to taste
1tablespoon poultry seasoning
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 & one 1/2 boxes (10 pkgs) of Liptons Cream of chicken "Cup-a-Soup"

Instructions

Fill Pot with with approx. 15 cups of water & bring to boil.

Clean,cut up & skin one whole chicken add to boiling water.

Cook chicken till done through & debone. Reserve Stock.

Chop onion celery bell pepper carrots garlic & thyme.

In a seperate bowl add Liptons cup a soup in bottom & add 10 cups of hot stock. Using beater blend until powdered mix is completly absorbed by stock and is a smooth and creamy mix. Return chicken, vegatables & soup mixture to pot & cook on meadium heat until vegatables are done. Serve hot with crackers & salad for the perfect winter dinner.
