Chicken Spanish Rice

  • Yield: 4-6 servings


1cup Long Grain Brown Rice
1small Sweet Onion diced
1large Green Pepper diced
2-- Celery Stalks diced
1large can Crushed tomatoes No Salt added
1medium can Diced tomatoes Any spice No Salt dded
4 - 6pieces Boneless Chicken or Chicken Sausage


Preheat oven to 350 degrees  –  Bake for 11/2 – 2 hours  Til rice looks done

Combine Rice, Crush Tomatoes & Dice Tomatoes – add rest of ingredients – mix together well – Put meat on top of rice mixture.
