Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole

2cups Cooked chicken, bite size pieces
1pound Fresh mushrooms
1/4cup Canola oil
1package Zatarain wild rice mix
1cup Reduced fat sour cream
1can Mushroom soup


Brown mushrooms in oil. Cook rice by package directions. Combine sour cream and soup until well mixed, then add chicken, cooked rice, and mushrooms. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
