Chocolate Cereal Bites

This easy-to-make snack, from the 100-Calorie Snack Cookbook by Sally Sampson, will tame your tastebuds without sabotaging your healthy eating plan.
- 1/3cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4cup plus two tablespoons Rice Chex cereal
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Place the chocolate chips in a saucepan and warm over low heat until melted. Add cereal and mix until coated. Divide the mixture into 6 pieces and place on prepared baking sheet. Set aside or refrigerate until completely hardened.
