Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients
- 2cups packed cilantro leaves
- 1/2cup packed flat-leaf parsley
- 3-- garlic cloves
- 3-- scallions
- 1/2cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1-- jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2teaspoons kosher salt
- -- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

Make sure cilantro and parsley are well washed. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with metal blade and process 45 seconds or until combined well. Makes about 1 cup.
