Crispy Apple Coleslaw

2cups cabbage shredded (time saver tip; use bagged cole slaw mix)
2medium unpeeled apples
1-- (16-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2cup fat-free or low fat mayonnaise


  1. Mix cabbage, apples and crushed pineapple with mayonnaise in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
