Cuban Chicken Sandwich with Swiss

6-- Crusty Rolls
1package precooked chicken strips
6slices black forest ham
12slices swiss cheese
-- dill pickle slices
1/2cup mayoniase
4-- adobe chilis in sauce,chopped
pinch salt & pepper
-- butter


In small bowl mix mayonaise and chipolte chilis with a pinch of salt & pepper, set aside. Preheat large skillet with about 2 Tbs. butter. Assemble sandwich, spread each side of roll with mayo mixture, place slice of swiss cheese on bottom of roll, top with chicken slices, ham, pickle and another slice of cheese. Place top on roll and place in skillet. Cover skillet with another heavy skillet, cook 3-4 minutes until lightly browned, turn over and cook other side until brown. Serve sandwiches with extra pickles and your favorite chips.
