Easiest Pasta Ever

An easy, quick pasta recipe.

2cloves garlic, minced
1 28-oz can whole tomatoes, drained and liquid reserved in bowl
2tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped


  1. Sautee garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute; stir in tomatoes, breaking them up with a wooden spoon. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the liquid from the tomatoes as necessary, plus basil and cook 15 minutes.
  2. Serve over pasta with a sprinkle of Parmesan.
