Eggs in Purgatory

Ingredients
- 2tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1large Onion
- 1clove garlic
- 3whole Tomato
- 1dash Salt
- 1pinch Pepper
- 2large Egg
Instructions
Saute the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil. Puree the tomatoes and add tomatoes to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Make room in the middle of the pan. Break eggs and cook until desired temperature.
