Ingredients
- 3large firm but ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and cubed
- 1/2cup 1/2-inch diced jicama
- 1/4cup 1/2-inch diced red bell pepper
- 3tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3tablespoons brown sugar
- 1tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions

Lightly stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Salad may be served immediately or covered and refrigerated for several hours.
