Firefighter’s Muesli

Ingredients
- 1teaspoon honey
- 1/2cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 to 1cups skim milk or low-fat vanilla soy milk
- 2tablespoons almonds, walnuts and pistachios (some of each)
- 1/4cup mixed dried fruit
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and eat immediately or cover, refrigerate overnight and eat the next day.
