Fish Packets

Baked Fish Packets recipe.

1pound white fish
1/4cup white wine
3tablespoons olive oil
2cloves garlic, minced
the juice from half a lemon
the zest from half a lemon
1tablespoon parsley
1tablespoon cilantro
1tablespoon basil


  1. Whisk together white wine, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, cilantro and basil.
  2. Cut fish into 4 squares.
  3. Lay out 4 pieces of aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Lay pieces of fish on foil pieces.
  4. Spoon liquid mixture over the fish and then top each piece with a lemon slice.
  5. Fold up foil packets to seal and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
