Ingredients
- 1pound white fish
- 1/4cup white wine
- 3tablespoons olive oil
- 2cloves garlic, minced
- the juice from half a lemon
- the zest from half a lemon
- 1tablespoon parsley
- 1tablespoon cilantro
- 1tablespoon basil
Instructions
- Whisk together white wine, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, cilantro and basil.
- Cut fish into 4 squares.
- Lay out 4 pieces of aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Lay pieces of fish on foil pieces.
- Spoon liquid mixture over the fish and then top each piece with a lemon slice.
- Fold up foil packets to seal and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
