Five-Ingredient Roast Beef Salad with Basil

1bunch basil
1/4 cucumber
14ounces roast beef
1/4cup extra-virgin olive oil
1tablespoon soy sauce


  1. Wash the basil and remove the leaves. Thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the roast beef, cucumber, and basil.
  3. Add the olive oil and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
