Fresh Tomato Salsa with Mango and Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 1/4cups diced fresh tomatoes
- 1cup diced fresh mango
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- 3tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1tablespoon diced white onion
- 1tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1clove garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients but the salt and pepper in a medium bowl and mix to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve within 1 hour (or avocado will discolor).
