Garlic Artichoke Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 2-- (16 oz.) King's Hawaiian Original Bread
- 12cloves garlic, minced
- 1-- (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1-- (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 8ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- 2cups sour cream
- 1bunch scallions
- 1/2cup butter
Instructions

Carve out center core of bread within two inches of bottom and sides, keeping bread intact. Make this the shape of a heart for Valentine's Day, Bridal Showers or any other event which this complements.

Cut reserved bread and other loaf into 1-inch cubes for dipping.

Saute' garlic and scallions in butter; set aside.

Blend this mixture with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream and artichoke hearts. Pour into baking dish.

Bake at 350F for 55 minutes.

Pour into King's Hawaiian bread and serve with cubes.

For a lighter dish, consider using a light cream cheese, cheddar cheese and sour cream; reduce quantity of butter amount to saute'.
