Gluten-Free Cucumber Dill Tomato Wraps

Gluten-free Cucumber Dill Tomato Wraps recipe.

Try this quick healthy gluten-free snack or appetizer.


1 English cucumber
2 Roma tomatoes
fresh dill
ilght cream cheese


  1. Using a mandolin or very sharp knife. Slice your cucumber very thin lengthwise.
  2. Cut the core out of the tomatoes, and make long thin slices.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese on each cucumber slice. Then top with a sprig of fresh dill and a slice of tomato.
  4. Roll up and if needed secure with a toothpick.
