Gluten-Free Cucumber Dill Tomato Wraps
Try this quick healthy gluten-free snack or appetizer.
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- fresh dill
- ilght cream cheese
- Using a mandolin or very sharp knife. Slice your cucumber very thin lengthwise.
- Cut the core out of the tomatoes, and make long thin slices.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese on each cucumber slice. Then top with a sprig of fresh dill and a slice of tomato.
- Roll up and if needed secure with a toothpick.
