1-- (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
4ounces light pasteurized processed cheese spread
1-- (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese
Coat a heavy pot with nonstick cooking spray and cook the sirloin, onion and mushrooms over medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes, until the meat is well browned. Drain off any liquid. Add the tomatoes, cheese spread and cream cheese. Stir over medium heat until the cheese is melted. Makes 5 cups.
