Honey-Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Healthy Honey Glazed Sweet Potatoes recipe.

5 1/2pounds sweet potatoes
3/4cup honey
2tablespoons lightly chopped rosemary leaves


  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch-wide slices.  Combine the honey and rosemary in a large bowl, add the sweet potatoes, season with sea salt and pepper, and toss to coat.  Place on the baking sheet and roast for 20-to 25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
