Honey Sesame Pork Roast

  • Yield: 4 servings


2/3cup soy sauce
1teaspoon ground ginger
3-- garlic cloves, minced
1-- boneless pork loin roast
1/4cup packed brown sugar
1/3cup honey
1 1/2tablespoons sesame oil


  1. Mix soy sauce, ginger and garlic in bowl.  Pour over roast in glass dish.  Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 3 hours or longer, turning twice; drain.
  2. Combine brown sugar, honey and sesame oil in saucepan.  Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.  Brush over roast in roasting pan.
  3. Roast at 350F for 1 hour or to 160F on meat thermometer.
