Indonesian Sambal

Ingredients
- 1/2cup chili peppers, halved and seeded, if desired
- 5-- garlic cloves
- 1teaspoon sugar
- 1teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 1tablespoon white vinegar
- 1tablespoon lime juice
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade or a blender and blend or process until smooth. Place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate up to two weeks. Makes about 1 cup.
