Italian Puffs

1-- (11.3-ounce) can refrigerated whole wheat dinner rolls
1/4cup fat-free Italian dressing
1/4cup sesame seeds
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Separate rolls.  Pour the dressing into a small bowl.  In another small plate, combine the sesame seeds and Parmesan cheese.  Dip each roll in the dressing and then roll in the sesame seed cheese mixtrue.  Place the rolls on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray.  Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until the rolls are golden.
