- 6ounces kale

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Rinse and dry kale, then remove the stems and tough center rib. Cut into large pieces, toss with about one tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
3. Arrange the leaves in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until kale is crisp. Place baking sheet on a rack to cool. Serve immediately (chips will soften over time).
