• Yield: 3 cups


2cups packed chopped kale
1/2teaspoon sea salt
2cloves garlic,chopped
1cup mayonnaise (organic if possible)
Zest and juice of 1 lemon


  1. In a food processor, combine the kale leaves, salt and garlic.  Process until finely chopped.  Add in the mayonnaise and lemon zest, lemon juice and process until smooth.
