Lemon Thyme Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1medium Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, cored, and chopped
- 1medium Gala apple, unpeeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/2cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2cup green grapes, halved
- 1/4cup raisins
- low-fat lemon yogurt
- 1tablespoon finely minced fresh lemon thyme
- 2teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2teaspoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2teaspoons honey
- 1teaspoon lemon or orange zest
- toasted slivered almonds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, grapes, and raisins.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the fruit. Toss to coat. Top each serving with slivered almonds.
