Lemon Thyme Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1medium Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, cored, and chopped
1medium Gala apple, unpeeled, cored, and chopped
1/2cup red grapes, halved
1/2cup green grapes, halved
1/4cup raisins
low-fat lemon yogurt
1tablespoon finely minced fresh lemon thyme
2teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2teaspoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2teaspoons honey
1teaspoon lemon or orange zest
toasted slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the apples, grapes, and raisins.
  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the fruit. Toss to coat. Top each serving with slivered almonds.
