Lemony Baked Fish

Lemony Baked Fish Recipe.

1pound white fish filets (mahi-mahi, swordfish or halibut)
1/2cup white wine
3tablespoons olive oil
3cloves garlic, minced
zest of one lemon
juice from half a lemon


  1. Whisk together white wine, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest. Pour over fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes (or until fish flakes easily), basting every 5 minutes.
