- 1pound white fish filets (mahi-mahi, swordfish or halibut)
- 1/2cup white wine
- 3tablespoons olive oil
- 3cloves garlic, minced
- zest of one lemon
- juice from half a lemon
- Whisk together white wine, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest. Pour over fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes (or until fish flakes easily), basting every 5 minutes.
