Low Fat Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

1cup whole wheat flour
1teaspoon baking powder
1teaspoon cinnamon
1/2teaspoon baking soda
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2cup Splenda brown sugar
1/4cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/4cup applesauce
2tablespoons canola oil
1large egg
1teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3cups uncooked oats
1cup raisins


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Combine:  flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, & salt together in a small bowl.

Combine:  brown suger, yogurt, applesauce, oil, egg & vanilla n a large bowl.

Add:  flour mixture to make a blended dough

Stir in oats & raisins

Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until very lightly browed.  Do not over bake.
