Mango-Ginger Relish

2-- mangoes, peeled and diced
3tablespoons red onion, minced
1pinch cayenne
1 1/2teaspoons freshly grated ginger
2tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with grilled chicken, pork or fish.
