Maple-Soy Marinated Salmon

Ingredients
- 1/2cup maple syrup
- 1/4cup soy sauce
- 1tablespoon olive oil
- 4-- (6-ounce) salmon fillets
Instructions
- Combine maple syrup, soy sauce and oil in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add salmon fillets. Seal bag and turn to coat fillets. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 500F.
- Place salmon fillets on a foil lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until flaky.
