Mexican Salsa

  • Yield: 2 servings


1cup finely diced roma tomatoes
.25cup finely diced sweet white onion - like a Walla Walla
.25cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2tablespoons lime juice
.50teaspoon hot sauce
.50teaspoon salt


Add all ingredients to a small serving bowl except salt.  Mix to combine and add salt to taste. 

Chill and enjoy with your favorite low fat chips or as a topping  to add a Mexican flair to any meal.
