Milk Punch

  • Yield: 14 to 16 servings


1/2gallon fat-free vanilla ice cream
1quart skim milk
1cup bourbon or brandy (adjust to taste)
-- Nutmeg to sprinkle


  1. Blend ice cream, milk and bourbon in a blender. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
