Morning Pick Me Up Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2cup dates
- 1/2cup non fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2cup low fat or skim milk
- 1small banana
- 1cup ice cubes
Instructions
Blend dates, banana, milk, and yogurt together until smooth. Add ice to blender and pulse to crush ice. Blend until all ingredients are incorporated. Enjoy! Makes 2-3 glasses.
