Morning Pick Me Up Smoothie

  • Yield: 2-3 servings


1/2cup dates
1/2cup non fat vanilla yogurt
1/2cup low fat or skim milk
1small banana
1cup ice cubes


Blend dates, banana, milk, and yogurt together until smooth.  Add ice to blender and pulse to crush ice.   Blend until all ingredients are incorporated.  Enjoy!  Makes 2-3 glasses.
