Nectarine Crumble

Ingredients
- 4cups sliced peeled nectarines
- 1/4cup plus 1/3 cup sugar, divided
- 1 1/2teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 1tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2cup all-purpose flour
- 3tablespoons margarine, softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place nectarines in a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar, rind, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger. Combine remaining sugar, flour and margarine in a bowl, mixing with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over nectarines. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until lightly golden.
