No-Fry “Fried” Rice

1cup Whole Grain Rice
1cup Cut Carrots (cooked)
1cup Green Peas
1tablespoon Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
1teaspoon Olive Oil


  1. Cook whole grain rice until tender.
  2. Add olive oil to pan. 
  3. In pan, combine cooked carrots, cooked peas, and cooked whole grain rice.
  4. Add Creole Seasoning to mixture.  Add 1/2 teaspoon water.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes until rice absorbs seasoning.
