Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1cup all-purpose flour
3/4cup soy flour
1/2teaspoon baking soda
1/2teaspoon baking powder
1/2teaspoon salt
1teaspoon cinnamon
1/2cup butter
3/4cup brown sugar
3/4cup granulated sugar
1/2cup applesauce
1-- egg
1teaspoon vanilla extract
3cups quick oats
1/2cup raisins


  1.  Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. 2Sift together all-purpose flour and next 5 ingredients (flour though cinnamon). Set aside. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add flour mixture; beat well. Add applesauce, egg, vanilla; beat well. Stir in oat and raisins. Drop dough by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
