Oriental Grilled Tofu

Ingredients
- 2tablespoons low-sodium tamari
- 2teaspoons Oriental sesame oil
- 1tablespoon honey
- 1tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1teaspoon grated gingerroot
- 1teaspoon minced garlic
- 1pound firm or extra firm tofu cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shallow container. Add tofu slices in a single layer and let marinate, refrigerated, at least 1 hour or overnight. Grill or broil 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
