Oven-Fried Honey Chicken

1/4cup honey
2tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 1/2cups dried bread crumbs
1tablespoon olive oil
6-- boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)


  1. In medium bowl, whisk together honey and vinegar. Pour bread crumbs into separate bowl. Set bowls aside.
  2. Spread oil over foil-lined baking pan large enough to hold all chicken pieces in one layer. Roll chicken pieces in honey mixture, then in bread crumbs; place in pan. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
