Pineapple Basil Smoothie

Ingredients

2cups baby spinach
1/2scoop vanilla protein
1/2cup milk of your choice (I like soy or almond; add extra as needed)
1tablespoon flax meal
1.5cups fresh pineapple
1/4cup plain Greek yogurt*
10-- basil leaves
5-10-- ice cubes

Instructions

Combine everything in a blender and process until smooth. The basil flavor is much more pronounced than the pineapple so adjust the amounts as your heart and taste buds desire.

*Without the greek yogurt, this is pretty sweet, so if you want it a little more tart, add the plain yogurt.
