Pineapple Basil Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2cups baby spinach
- 1/2scoop vanilla protein
- 1/2cup milk of your choice (I like soy or almond; add extra as needed)
- 1tablespoon flax meal
- 1.5cups fresh pineapple
- 1/4cup plain Greek yogurt*
- 10-- basil leaves
- 5-10-- ice cubes
Instructions
Combine everything in a blender and process until smooth. The basil flavor is much more pronounced than the pineapple so adjust the amounts as your heart and taste buds desire.
*Without the greek yogurt, this is pretty sweet, so if you want it a little more tart, add the plain yogurt.
