Rise & Shine Oatmeal

Rise and Shine Oatmeal recipe.
  • Yield: 2 servings

This is a creamy, delicious, easy breakfast.


1cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2cups milk
1/2cup apple juice
1/2cup dried cranberries
chopped nuts and wheat germ (optional)


  1. In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, combine the oats, milk, apple juice, and cranberries. Let the mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator. The next morning, warm the oatmeal on the stove or in the microwave.
  2. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped nuts and wheat germ.
