Sausage And Peppers Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 1package Chicken Italian Style Sausages
- 1medium Red Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1medium Green Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1large White Onion Sliced
- 1tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1package Zatarain's Jambalaya Rice
Instructions
Place olive oil in a skillet on medium-high temperature,Slice Sausages; add Sausages, Peppers and Onions and saute until peppers are tender, onions are caramelized and peppers are lightly browned and done through. (about 5 minutes) Prepare Zatarain's Jambalaya Rice per instructions and set aside. Serve the Sausages and Peppers/Onions over the rice. So easy!
