Simple Pumpkin Pie Bread

1 1/2 cups whole grain flour
2teaspoons cinnamon
1teaspoon baking soda
1teaspoon vanilla
1/2teaspoon salt
2large eggs
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup agave
1 cup pumpkin puree


  1. Preheat oven to 375F and spray a bread pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Add in the pumpkin and whisk until evenly combined.
  4. Add in all of the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the bread pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
