Snack Girl’s Mango Lassi Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1cup frozen mango chunks
- 1cup low-fat plain yogurt (Greek works fine too!)
- 1tablespoon sugar
- 2tablespoons water
- 1/4teaspoon vanilla
- 1pinch salt
- 1teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
- 1/4teaspoon ground cardamom or nutmeg
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glass with ice (optional ice) and enjoy!
