Spiced Pecans

These are great as a snack or on top of a salad.
Ingredients
- 4cups pecan halves
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well. Place pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet and roast 8 minutes.
