Spicy Black Bean and Corn Salad

1-- (29-ounce) can black beans, rinsed well and drained
2cups frozen corn, thawed, or corn kernels from 2 ears of corn cut from the cob
1/2-- red onion, minced
1/2-- red bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
2-- ribs celery, sliced thinly
1/4cup chopped cilantro
1-- chipotle chili in adobo, minced
2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or corn oil
-- Juice of 1 fresh lime
-- Salt, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients; toss well.
