Spicy Roasted Salmon

Ingredients

2teaspoons light brown sugar
4teaspoons chili powder
1teaspoon ground cumin
1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
-- Salt and pepper
4-- (5-ounce) salmon filets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400F.
  2. In small bowl, combine spices, rub over salmon. Place salmon in 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with fork.
