- 1pound of salmon filets
- 4cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- juice from half a lemon
- Whisk together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Spread over salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees, or until it flakes easily.
